2) The Over Eater

Many of us eat more than we need to at one sitting. So while we may be putting allot of effort into looking at portion sizes and counting calories the easier thing to do is to get in touch with what it feels like to be full. Many of us are not in touch with this aspect of ourselves as many of us were programmed to finish our plates for our mothers. Try eating and waiting 20 minutes before going for more. It takes approx 20 minutes for the brain to register that it's full so try this and see what happens. This will make it easier to lose weight without trying so hard.

3) Control the goodies

Many diet programmes advocate cutting out completely sugary or fatty snacks but this can make it allot harder to lose weight as it's so hard to go without these foods completely in life when they pop up everywhere. What I would suggest is to leave these foods in your diet but to keep them to a minimum. Allow yourself a little treat now and again but don't be chowing down every day on pizza and ice cream.
